Responsibilities
Serving Benefits clients (large groups of 100+) including both client companies and their employees
Leading pre-renewal, renewal and enrollment processes
Serving as a resource to clients on daily service needs, current market conditions and regulatory changes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of employee benefits experience, to include group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary products
Excellent verbal and written communications
Proficient in computer software applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe
Texas General Lines Life & Health insurance license, to be obtained within sixty days of employment and maintained throughout employment
2-5 years of relevant experience
High school or equivalent
Preferred
Experience with self-funded plan
Experience with BenefitPoint ImageRight
Bilingual in English and Spanish
