Responsibilities

Work directly with clients to help optimize their workflows and streamline their research and data analysis needs
Support clients over the phone, via web chats and emails after initial training
Receive deep-dive training on data content, customer segments, and S&P Global platforms
Proactively reach out to clients to deliver training on various product offerings
Develop an understanding of the client’s workflow and provide tailored assistance to maximize usage of S&P Global Market Intelligence products
Support credit products on both Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro
Interact with internal teams, including Sales, Content, Product, and Technical Support

Required

Minimum bachelor degree in finance/economics/accounting/related majors
Solid knowledge of finance and accounting principles to resolve client questions
Excellent written and verbal presentation, communication and customer service skills
Passion for building relationships with finance professionals and enthusiasm in learning and working in the financial services industry
Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize and work well within a team with a positive, flexible, proactive 'can do' attitude
Fluency in Spanish
