Sourcing / researching M&A targets
Networking and developing relationships with investment bankers and target company owners
Valuation and financial modeling
Managing the diligence process
Communicating and developing trusted relationships with the C-suite and divisional leadership on a regular basis
Qualification
Required
1-3+ years of investment banking experience in M&A or Leveraged Finance
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools
Preferred
Private equity experience is a plus
