Marketing Manager
NGEN Mission Critical is a global operation designed to meet the critical power and thermal infrastructure needs of mission critical facilities. They are seeking a Marketing Manager who will develop and execute marketing strategies, lead product-related marketing initiatives, and collaborate with Sales and Product teams to build tailored assets for sales enablement.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies that support NGEN’s products, solutions, and overall growth goals
Lead product-related marketing initiatives, including positioning, messaging, and launch support, in collaboration with the Sales and Product teams
Create and manage sales enablement materials such as product cut sheets, brochures, and case studies
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing narratives
Partner with Applications Engineers and OEM partners to coordinate technical content and marketing assets
Lead digital marketing efforts including newsletters, email campaigns, SEO, and AEO
Help establish repeatable marketing processes and workflows as the company scales
Present marketing plans, ideas, and updates to internal leadership
Collaborate closely with the Communications team on storytelling, content, and creative direction
Qualification
Required
You have advanced education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
You bring 5+ years of marketing management experience, with at least 2–3 years working with industrial infrastructure, or physical hardware-based products
Experience in data centers, utilities, electrical infrastructure, energy, or adjacent industries is a strong asset, but not a strict requirement
You've marketed physical products and technical services and understand how different that is from marketing digital or SaaS offerings
You understand the electrical and cooling infrastructure market and the customer base we're serving
You've worked closely with engineering, applications, or technical teams and are comfortable translating complex concepts into clear, compelling marketing outputs
You've supported products or solutions across multiple stages of maturity, from early positioning and launch through refinement and scale
You've created and owned core marketing and sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and competitive positioning
You've balanced strategy and execution in your roles, contributing to direction-setting while still rolling up your sleeves to get the work done
You've operated in fast-moving or growth-stage environments where processes weren't fully built yet and helped shape how things got done
