Responsibilities
Support attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation
Draft and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence
Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and experts
Assist with discovery responses, trial prep, mediations, and depositions
Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical case files
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal (personal injury preferred)
Strong knowledge of Texas civil litigation procedures and deadlines
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish-English) a major plus, but not required
