Responsibilities
Mentor and provide day-to-day work direction to Portfolio Admin Associates (Sr, II, I), ensuring alignment with departmental goals
Serve as the subject matter expert and as the first point of escalation when Associates encounter problems
Monitor timely compliance with regulatory tracking requirements & reporting
Monitor timely adherence to credit underwriting & portfolio management processes & procedures
Ensure completeness and accuracy of credit & compliance files
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Minimum 7 years in risk management, compliance, or financial services operations
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple oversight tasks
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to collaborate across departments
Analytical skills for risk assessment and data validation
Preferred
Proven experience with loan portfolio support, reporting and/or monitoring
Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred but not required
Proficiency in CRM/loan management systems (Salesforce, nCino, or similar platforms), preferred
Familiarity with Credit Reporting (via Experian, LexisNexis, or similar platforms), preferred
