Responsibilities
Support the acquisition of IT products (hardware, software and services) for both internal and external use
Develop, communicate and implement commodity and pooling strategies by fostering cross-functional partnership to ensure cost-effectiveness, innovation, and alignment with business objectives
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers while staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, run Procurement process and conduct negotiations to achieve optimum conditions and savings through collaborative, targeted activities
Collaborate with Legal, Cybersecurity and Data Privacy to mitigate contractual risks and ensure compliance with company policies while staying informed about changes in the regulatory landscape
Performs Supplier Management by addressing issues and identifying opportunities for improvement, in particular Supplier Development to onboard best suppliers and to ensure an optimum supply chain
Qualification
Required
2-3 years' working experience with IT commodity management experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills: be able to understand and communicate complex topics with simplicity
Quick to learn, result-oriented and self-driven
B.S in business (Supply Chain Management preferred) or Engineering
Preferred
IT category (Hardware, Software and Services) domain knowledge
Strategic sourcing process and vendor management
Relationship management and cross-functional approach
Supplier contract and cost negotiation methodologies and tools
