AtlantiCare is seeking a Shared Services Analyst to lead within the Shared Services team by providing support for escalated inquiries and mentoring junior staff. The Analyst will also perform HR data analysis and reporting, ensuring compliance with internal policies and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

Acting as a lead within the Shared Services team
Supporting escalated HR inquiries and troubleshooting
Mentoring and training junior staff
Performing HR data analysis and generating reports
Collaborating with HR leadership on strategic initiatives
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Participating in performance improvement initiatives
Backing up the Shared Services roles

Qualification

HR CertificationHR data analysisAdvanced Excel skillsHR processes understandingData management experienceOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsConfidentiality management

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
5-8 years of experience in HR or shared services roles
Strong understanding of HR processes, data analysis, and reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
Experience with HR systems and data management
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality and accuracy

Preferred

HR Certification preferred (SHRM or HRCI)
