Customer Success Coordinator
L&P Aesthetics is a growing company in the medical aesthetics field, seeking a Client Success Coordinator who is dedicated to enhancing patient experience. The role involves managing patient inquiries, scheduling, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to new patient leads via phone, email, text, and website inquiries
Schedule consultations and treatments while maximizing provider schedules
Handle patient check-in/check-out, payments, and product/treatment transactions using medical software
Maintain a strong understanding of all services and products offered to confidently answer patient questions
Identify opportunities to retain patients by recommending additional services, skincare, or treatments
Monitor cancellations and proactively fill open appointment slots
Provide administrative and operational support to the practice manager and providers
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Attend trainings and seminars to stay current on aesthetic and med spa services
Qualification
Required
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in a busy environment
Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Coachable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
High attention to detail and excellent time management
Professional demeanor and appearance required
Preferred
1-2 years of sales, customer service, or front office experience preferred
Experience in medical aesthetics, health, or wellness strongly preferred
Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Experience with PatientNow is a plus
