Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of TBM initiatives, ensuring alignment with ITBF priorities, federal regulations, and executive directives
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and dependencies, and track progress against established baselines
Coordinate day-to-day activities across cross-functional teams, including technical, analytical, and training resources, to support implementation and adoption of TBM/Apptio solutions
Track risks, issues, and change requests, supporting mitigation planning and escalation as needed
Support project governance activities, including documentation, compliance tracking, and quality assurance
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and briefing materials to support executive-level reporting and stakeholder communications
Support Agile execution by assisting with sprint planning, backlog tracking, and retrospectives, as applicable
Facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements, dependencies, and delivery timelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
5+ years of project or program management experience supporting IT or IT financial management initiatives
Familiarity with TBM concepts and exposure to Apptio or similar platforms
Experience supporting projects in a federal or government environment
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Preferred
PMP certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe certification, or similar
VA or Federal experience preferred
Experience working in an Agile environment (SAFe preferred)
