Responsibilities
Match clients with the perfect caregiver
Work closely with the recruiting team to find well matched caregivers
Prioritize the care and safety of both clients and caregivers
Schedule the appropriate staff to meet client requirements
Monitor staffing levels
Quickly resolve any scheduling issues
Uphold care standards
Maintain effective communication with caregivers, families, and Cheer Care Managers
Promote a positive and safe environment for clients and staff
Qualification
Required
Upbeat personality
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect and foster trust with caregivers, clients, and Cheer team members
Strong computer skills
Strong organizational & communication skills
Ability to pass live scan fingerprint clearance (LIC 9163)
Ability to secure proof of negative TB results
Preferred
Bachelors, preferred
2+ years of Home Care Experience Preferred
2+ years of Scheduling Experience Preferred
