Jacques Marie Mage is a Los Angeles-based producer of limited-edition designer goods specializing in luxury eyewear. The Senior Gallerist will play a hybrid role in operations and sales, ensuring optimal client experiences and maintaining gallery preparedness while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Inventory control and stock management
Ensure galleries are stocked in supplies required to deliver optimal client experience
Actively assist in the gallery; ensuring each client is being attended to
Storytell to submerge the client into the unique and intentional world of JMM
Act with intention to go above and beyond to deliver the best client experience
Adhere to policies and procedures
Maintain and elevate operational processes within Gallery
Responsible for inventory control, cycle counts, product care and shipments
Maintain systems and processes POS/Cash Log
Oversee all incoming and outgoing repairs
Provide support with Vendor Management
Oversee Gallery communication (Phone/Email)
Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPI’s
Work directly with clients going above and beyond ensuring all their needs are met
Assist clients in choosing the best frames and lenses based on their prescription needs
Establish and maintain a strong client book >30% appointments

Required

3+ years retail experience
Experience in a luxury environment
Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, and Shopify
Impeccable speaking and communication skills
Maintains an entrepreneurial spirit and mentorship mentality
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Experience working in a client based business

Preferred

ABOC License is a plus
