Responsibilities
Presentation Design: Key player to collaborate on the conceptualization, design, production, and editing of visually compelling slide presentations in PowerPoint to be used for education, awareness-building, and high-level business development
Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation: Design print and digital communications using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint. Lead with curiosity and see beyond to support the design of social media campaigns, produce infographics, gifs, icons, video editing, simple animations, etc
Brand Management and Consistency: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines. Create and utilize templates as needed to instill inclusion amongst the company through design
Misc Tasks: Foster trusted partnerships and manage relationships with print vendors and teams across IQT. Supporting colleagues by responding in a timely manner, openminded communication with end users, and other related duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Due to contractual reasons, U.S. Citizenship is required
Portfolio showcasing relevant design work
Bachelor's degree or equivalent Graphic Arts education/experience in digital media/art, graphic design, or design related field
3+ years of full time, successful graphic design experience with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications
Thrive in entrepreneurial, team-oriented work environments; Experience working with cross-functional teams
Ability to be flexible, creative, and optimistic
Ability to work independently and manage projects in a deadline-oriented environment
