Responsibilities

Own the marketing website: Design, test, and iterate on the site to drive growth and conversion

Shape product narratives: Partner with GTM, product, and research to define product positioning and translate it into compelling web experiences

Build for iteration: Work closely with engineers to establish design experimentation and testing workflows to optimize website metrics

Support sales & exec storytelling: Create high-impact decks, documents, and visual assets for customer and partner conversations

Clarify complexity: Turn complex technical ideas into clear, persuasive visuals for websites and presentations

Required

Strong visual design instincts and the ability to turn complex ideas into compelling stories

You care less about 'perfect' visuals and more about whether the work drives customer conversion, adoption, and revenue

Deep experience designing marketing websites; fluency in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping

High ownership and initiative—comfort spotting gaps and defining your own scope

Experience supporting marketing, launches, and sales enablement

Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end and collaborate with senior stakeholders

Comfort giving and receiving direct feedback tied to business outcomes

Preferred

Familiarity with voice AI or developer-focused products

Experience concepting or storyboarding motion design for launches
