Responsibilities
Support UNLV’s efforts to grow its portfolio of online academic offerings
Support an increasing number of online students
Implement university processes, procedures and policies relating to credit for prior learning
Cultivate internal partnerships with the Office of Online Education
Manage enrollments in online class sections and programs
Identify prior learning-related initiatives
Monitor enrollment in online class sections
Implement short-term fixes for current enrollments
Work with academic departments, schools, and colleges on planning for online enrollments
Review, research, and implement prior learning and alternative credentialing options
Work with Registrar leadership and academic departments to create opportunities for prior learning
Provide basic services to online students on a one-on-one basis
Develop and maintain relationships across campus with schedulers and other colleagues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)
3 – 5 Years of Related Professional Experience
3+ years of experience either in a student-serving role or in an academic administrative role
Preferred
In lieu of a bachelor's degree, applicants may qualify with four additional years of relevant experience, or with an associate's degree plus two additional years of relevant experience
