This role involves investigating project details and researching construction data to ensure data accuracy and compliance, while collaborating with the Customer Success Team to fill data gaps and correct inaccuracies.

Responsibilities

Research property information using online county websites and internal/external tools to ensure data validity
Communicate with customers and construction companies via telephone and email to gather missing project details
Prioritize daily tasks and research requests based on established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Update construction job information within our proprietary database through precise data entry
Correct data inaccuracies and resolve information gaps found in customer-submitted records
Maintain a high volume of outbound communication while ensuring all construction data is legally compliant

Required

1+ years of experience in data entry, research, or customer service
Strong attention to detail with the ability to remain attentive and precise in a fast-paced environment

Technical proficiency and an appetite for learning new software, tools, and construction databases
Hard-working and adaptable professional who is comfortable with routine tasks and working out of their comfort zone
