Required

Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible for housing management or related experience

Ability to lead staff and build a team atmosphere
Strong organizational and time management skills

Superior customer service skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Proficient in Microsoft Office
