Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet visitors
Comparing purchase orders with invoices and packing lists
Processing returns for incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory material
Communication with vendors regarding delays or problems
Maintaining records of orders, delivery materials, returns, and others
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Decision-making skills
Communications and collaboration skills
Organizational skills
Writing skills
Ability to sit for prolonged periods
Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, adding machine, and telephone for prolonged periods
Ability to lift, carry, and transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 25 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 25 lbs
