Customer Service Representative I
SiteOne Landscape Supply is the largest national distributor of landscaping products across the United States and Canada. The Customer Service Representative will be a key point of contact for stores and online ordering to ensure quality and accuracy of orders and transfers.

Responsibilities
Set up Retail and Contractor Accounts in UE
Provide help to outside customers and internal customers to triage accounts that are not set up properly
Answer 1-800-SiteOne customer calls and be able to provide help for topics which include, Key metrics, Claims Resolution Time, Customer Survey Results, and Claims Reduction, Website Issues, Website functionality
Understand OKTA, Hybris, UE, Sendgrid, Service Now, as to what is required for online accessWork on all projects that are assigned to our department
Process Credit Card refunds
Process order returns
Navigate Shopify
Able to train customers on SiteOne.com
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of customer service or retail sales experience
Strong Customer Service mentality
Must have excellent communication skills
Bilingual: Spanish Required
High school diploma or equivalent
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED
Preferred
1-2 years SiteOne product knowledge is preferred
