Director of Talent Management

Responsibilities
Design and implement integrated talent development initiatives that support global workforce effectiveness, with emphasis on compliance, operational readiness, and rapid organizational scaling
Oversee enterprise-level programs for talent acquisition, onboarding, and leadership pipeline creation, drawing on best practices from complex environments such as OCONUS operations, defense contracts, and multinational workforces
Establish robust performance management systems and succession planning frameworks, utilizing advanced HRIS and analytics to align business goals with employee career progression
Lead major organizational transformation projects such as restructuring, merger integrations, SOP development, and ISO 9001 recertification, ensuring continual process improvement and risk management
Build employee experience programs that drive engagement, global mobility, and cultural integration, enabling seamless onboarding and effective international team support
Advise the executive team on organizational design, operational efficiency, and proactive change management, supporting mission-critical initiatives in high-growth or transitional business cycles
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programs tailored for multi-site, multicultural operations, enhancing competitive positioning and employer branding
Act as a trusted advisor on the optimization of labor resources, vendor alliances, strategic partnerships, and RFP development, leveraging extensive experience with government and private sector contracts
Develop innovative training, compliance, and mentoring solutions that enhance operational performance while fortifying risk mitigation and ethical standards
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success leading talent management initiatives within international and mission-critical environments, including military, defense contracting, healthcare, and government services
Proven experience in change management, strategic workforce planning, and the implementation of robust HRIS/payroll systems across diverse organizations and geographies
High-level expertise in merger integration, process reengineering, and scaling HR operations for organizations with distributed or global teams
Preferred
Advanced degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred; additional certifications (ISO, HR Management, Global Mobility) highly desirable
Analytical, solutions-focused mindset with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
