Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical system specifications
Support, enhance, and optimize insurance systems, with a focus on policy administration platforms
Develop SQL queries, reports, and data extracts to support system analysis and operational needs
Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA to ensure effective system functionality and performance
Troubleshoot system issues and identify long-term process and technology improvements
Lead or participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration initiatives

Qualification

SQLInsurance industry experiencePolicy administration systemsBachelor's degreeSystems analysis

Required

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst
Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries
Prior experience in the insurance industry

Preferred

Hands-on experience supporting or working with policy administration systems
