Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Insurance Sales, including assessing client needs and recommending suitable insurance products

Strong Customer Service skills to build relationships and provide exceptional client support
Understanding of Finance and the ability to explain costs and benefits effectively
Active insurance license in the relevant state (Ohio for this role)
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
