Responsibilities
Developing, analyzing, implementing, and maintaining innovative analytics and reporting systems, simplifying sophisticated problems into actionable frameworks
Identifying trends and opportunities for growth through the analysis of sophisticated datasets
Building automated workflows and tools to reduce manual effort and streamline processes
Creating clear and effective dashboards and visualizations that enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions
Lead data governance initiatives, improving data quality through validation rules, automation, and initiative-taking data management strategies
Proactively analyzing data to answer key questions for participants, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
Finding opportunities for automation and data-driven improvements across our business, working closely with and supporting Business Improvement Leads
Collaborating with multi-functional teams to capture reporting requirements, understand business needs, and deliver solutions that drive measurable outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Management, or related field
Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and automation
Proficiency in SQL or Excel (including macros, VBA, pivot tables, and sophisticated formulas) and Python, with an aptitude for learning other analytics tools
Proven success in developing business intelligence (BI) tools, including interactive applications, dashboards, and reports for business users.(Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Analytical mindset with a proven ability to turn sophisticated data into actionable insights
Experience with process automation and workflow optimization
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Enthusiasm for building user-friendly internal tools and prototypes
Interest in generative AI, prototype intelligent assistants and automation tools
Preferred
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or Continuous improvement methodology
Familiar with SAP
Familiar with Salesforce
