Responsibilities
Set the Vision and Strategy: Define and execute the multi-year vision, growth strategy, and market positioning for Harvey’s corporate enterprise business. Align closely with the CEO, CBO, VP of Sales, and leadership team on company-wide GTM priorities and strategic initiatives
Lead and Scale the In-House Sales Organization: Oversee and develop a team of Enterprise Sales Managers and their AEs , ensuring operational excellence, consistent execution, and world-class talent development across regions
Drive Revenue and Profitability: Partner with Revenue Operations to set and exceed revenue, retention, and profitability goals. Manage forecasting, pipeline health, and resource allocation to ensure predictable performance and efficient growth
Shape Go-to-Market Strategy: Design scalable segmentation, coverage models, and territory structures. Build data-driven playbooks, pricing models, and enablement programs that evolve with Harvey’s rapid global expansion
Lead Cross-Functional Strategy: Act as a strategic partner to Product, Customer Success, and Marketing, influencing product roadmap and positioning through direct customer insights. Lead cross-company initiatives that drive enterprise adoption, customer satisfaction, and market expansion
Represent Harvey in the Market: Serve as Harvey’s executive face to the corporate legal ecosystem. Build trusted C-suite relationships with GCs, CLOs, and legal ops executives. Represent Harvey at major industry events and shape thought leadership around AI in legal transformation
Build and Scale Systems for Growth: Establish the operating cadence, analytics infrastructure, and sales methodologies that enable sustainable scaling. Leverage data and market trends to anticipate opportunities and continually refine GTM strategy
Recruit, Develop, and Inspire Talent: Attract and retain top enterprise sales leaders and reps. Foster a high-performance, low-ego culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including 5+ years of experience managing managers within high-growth B2B SaaS, ideally in a verticalized sales environment
Deep familiarity with selling into the enterprise, with a proven ability to navigate complex deal cycles, RFPs, procurement processes, and legal-specific stakeholders
Ability to develop understanding of the corporate legal ecosystem, including legal ops, compliance, data privacy, and how legal interacts with other corporate functions
Demonstrated success in developing and scaling high-performing sales teams, with experience coaching both frontline managers and senior AEs
Experience building and running a rigorous sales operating cadence, including pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and performance tracking
Passion for Harvey's mission to modernize legal work through AI, and a strong point of view on how technology can transform corporate functions
Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders across all levels of seniority
A collaborative, low-ego leadership style that fosters trust, accountability, and continuous improvement
