They are seeking a Shuttle Buggy Operator who will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the shuttle buggy, ensuring a continuous supply of asphalt to the paver, and performing general laborer duties as needed.

Responsibilities
Controls and operates the shuttle buggy
Maintains communication with drivers and paver operators
Ensures a continuous supply of asphalt is transported to the paver without unnecessary joints
Precisely maneuvers shuttle buggy between dump truck and asphalt paver
Reports and acknowledges maintenance requests
Operates other paving equipment and performing general laborer duties as needed by supervisor
Qualification
Required
Asphalt Paving Experience preferred
Strong focus on safety
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Excellent attention to detail and task oriented
Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
Must have valid transportation
Requires flexible work schedule, including days, nights, overtime, and weekends
