Responsibilities
Provide graphic design and production support for the final report development for the scaling index insurance project
Copy editing final reports and deliverables
Graphic design and other production support of deliverables and public documents
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, required
Minimum of 7 years of professional graphic design experience, required
Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Figma or similar), required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, required
Preferred
Minimum 3 years in a senior-level or lead design role, preferred
Demonstrated experience working in international development contexts, particularly supporting programs or organizations focused on climate change, food security, agriculture, sustainability, or environmental resilience, preferred
Proven experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, preferably within an agency, consulting firm, nonprofit, or multidisciplinary organization, preferred
Attention to detail and consistency, with a strong understanding of brand standards and visual systems, preferred
