Responsibilities
Lead CMMC implementation and ensure GCC High compliance for defense programs
Serve as CISO and FSO, overseeing cybersecurity, facility security, and regulatory compliance
Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, and incident response planning
Manage audits, gap assessments, and remediation plans; interface with government regulators
Provide training and guidance to staff on cybersecurity best practices
Track metrics and advise executive leadership on security posture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
10+ years in cybersecurity, compliance, or facility security, preferably in defense/aerospace
Hands-on experience with CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, ITAR, GCC High
Experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) for DoD contracts
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain required security clearances
Preferred
Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related field
CISM, CISSP, CISA, or equivalent certifications
Experience with GCC High, FedRAMP, or other high-assurance environments
