Responsibilities

Source and engage LPN candidates to support approximately 30 hires per month

Proactively reach out to candidates through multiple channels (job boards, databases, referrals, etc.)

Conduct initial phone screens to assess basic qualifications, availability, and fit

Maintain accurate candidate tracking and sourcing activity using internal systems

Partner closely with the recruiting and hiring teams to prioritize urgent hiring needs

Manage high volumes of outreach while delivering a positive candidate experience

Qualification

Required

Strong background in candidate sourcing, ideally in a high-volume environment

Ability to communicate clearly and move quickly in a fast-paced setting

Basic Excel skills for tracking and reporting

Comfortable conducting initial candidate phone screens

Preferred

Experience sourcing Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's) or other healthcare roles

Familiarity with ADP or similar applicant tracking systems
