Responsibilities
Lead and execute end-to-end Release Management strategy and delivery for complex, multi-platform programs
Own and maintain comprehensive release roadmaps, schedules, governance processes, and documentation
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate release risks, dependencies, and cross-team conflicts
Define, implement, and track release readiness criteria and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement
Provide clear, executive-ready communication on release status, risks, milestones, and go/no-go decisions
Act as a cross-functional integrator, aligning Product Design, Program Management, and Engineering teams to optimize delivery
Leverage data and metrics to evaluate deployment health, service stability, and release performance
Establish and standardize enterprise-level release communication frameworks, templates, and reporting mechanisms
Conduct strategic and tactical analysis across business units to support leadership decision-making
Mentor and guide cross-discipline teams to uphold Release Management best practices, governance, and operational rigor
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Release Management, Program Management, or related delivery roles
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex releases across multiple platforms or products
Strong expertise in JIRA and Confluence, including workflow optimization and reporting
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and meeting facilitation skills, including executive audiences
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive process maturity and operational excellence
Preferred
Experience With Airtable Is Preferred
Scrum / Agile certification is a plus but not required
