Executive Assistant
The Gellman Team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a Real Estate Mega Team and other business ventures. The role involves maximizing the CEO's time by managing tasks and priorities while traveling between various offices and properties in the St. Louis metro area.

Responsibilities
You are with the CEO from the first meeting to the last
You are his 'external brain,' capturing every promise made, every task assigned, and every follow-up required in real-time
You will be traveling locally between offices and sites daily
You must be comfortable working on the move and maintaining total organization without a permanent desk
No two days are the same
You must have a high tolerance for shifting priorities and be 'game' for a variety of tasks that change by the hour
You must be thick-skinned, highly observant, and able to communicate with brevity and precision
Qualification
Required
Ability to work closely with the CEO and be accessible as needed, including evenings and weekends
Comfortable traveling between various offices, properties, and high-level meetings across the St. Louis metro area
Ability to capture every promise made, every task assigned, and every follow-up required in real-time
High tolerance for shifting priorities and ability to handle a variety of tasks that change by the hour
Thick-skinned, highly observant, and able to communicate with brevity and precision
Submission of a resume and a brief cover letter
Completion of a DISC personality profile screening
Submission of a 1 minute video conveying why YOU are the one we need to meet with
Description in the cover letter of a time you had to pivot an entire day's schedule on the fly due to a CEO's changing priorities
