Associate Director - Sales Enablement Lead

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end sales pursuits, including opportunity qualification, bid strategy, proposal development, and orals/demo preparation with cross‑functional teams
Rapidly assess and triage new proposal requests, engaging the right KDN teams and aligning opportunities with capabilities, strategic priorities, and Member Firm needs
Develop compelling win themes and value propositions, ensuring proposals are high‑quality, compliant, and visually engaging while tracking pursuit status, risks, and outcomes
Drive regional sales enablement activities, including roadshows, virtual sessions, marketing initiatives, and GTM campaigns to promote adoption of KDN services
Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date sales pipeline data, ensuring visibility of opportunity status, forecasting, and reporting across the full sales lifecycle
Work closely with Member Firm and Alliance leaders to understand market priorities, shape deal qualification, and improve win rates through strategic pursuit planning
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum seven years of recent experience in sales pursuits, bid management, or complex proposal leadership within a B2B or SaaS environment
Experience leading complex bids and RFP responses, with strong understanding of sales processes, pursuit methodologies, and proposal best practices
Knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Cyber, Cloud, Managed Services); proficiency in one or more preferred
Background in consulting, Big 4, or Global SI environments, including collaboration with offshore/global delivery teams to shape client solutions
Strong commercial and pricing acumen, including Time & Materials and Fixed Price models and contemporary consulting estimation methods
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas, influence leaders, and drive alignment across teams
