Responsibilities
Provide guidance to teammates across the retail insurance organization, and to 3rd party vendors, in order to support firm growth and success
Manage projects geared toward meeting operational goals, adding efficiency, and driving excellence in client service and agency operations
Qualification
Required
College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
P&C Insurance License
Business insurance experience
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Ability to work without direct supervision
Preferred
Knowledge of insurance specific systems and applications
