Responsibilities
Work under general supervision to assist in developing technical requirement solutions for Audio Visual, Video Telepresence, Digital Signage, and Internet Protocol Television (AV/VTC/DS/IPTV) products
Research and collaborate with vendors to augment Government troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of system components
Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of technical solutions
Define and develop new and improved business process solutions
Provide expert analysis and advice on information technology solutions
Support complex technical requirements activities
Conduct feasibility studies and gap analyses
Perform business process reengineering efforts
Develop forecasts based on industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Active Secret/Top-Secret security clearance is required !!
Requires a minimum of one of the following: AMX Technician (Networked AV) Certification, Completed Crestron CTI Technician Track Certification or AVIXA CTS certification
Five (5) years of relevant experience and experience working with: Crestron, Cisco, Biamp/AMX, Extron, Dual classification video conferencing solutions
