Responsibilities
Manage a queue of work orders to drive new EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integrations between Principal’s recordkeeping systems and client payroll systems
Provide maintenance, research and troubleshooting for existing EDI integrations
Deliver concierge level customer service and effective change management practices to ensure a smooth and accurate setup
Demonstrate the aptitude to learn and effectively use internal systems and processes
Be able to have conversations with clients, their payroll providers, and our internal business partners to deliver effective payroll solutions
Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent experience required, and 6+ years of related work experience
Have working knowledge of business processes, financial service products and systems
Have advanced skills with the Microsoft Office Suite
Be able to demonstrate competency & proficiency with advanced data manipulation & analysis with Microsoft Excel and other similar tools
Balance working independently with working in a team environment
Ability to adapt to change
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Be able to maintain confidentiality
Preferred
Knowledge of retirement plans and products preferred
A good understanding of related accounting and record-keeping processes preferred
