Supervise, coach, and develop accounting team members, promoting professional growth, accountability, and a positive work culture
Manage daily accounting operations, and process efficiency
Monitor workload distribution and support cross-training to build flexibility and resilience within the team
Collaborate closely with other departments to provide financial insight and ensure alignment between operational and financial goals
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee engagement
Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting
Serve as a mentor and resource to team members, encouraging open communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and motivate teams
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
Preferred
Experience leading teams in a multi-entity or multi-location organization
Proven success in fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within teams
