Required
Bachelor's Degree
5-7 years Coaching Experience

5-7 years Program Coordination (Development, Execution, and Maintenance)
5-7 years Staff Development, Leadership Development facilitation experience
5-7 years Training Experience
Preferred
Doctorate
5-7 years Experience with instructional design or curriculum development
2-3 years Exp in Workday, StrengthsFinder, Arbinger, Myers Briggs, DiSC, 360 Assess, Learning Mgt Sy
