Responsibilities
Manage a broad range of administrative responsibilities, including travel itineraries, calendar management, expense processing, and maintaining accurate contact and organizational information
Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, events, and on-site activities, including collaboration with office operations and business partners
Be forward-thinking by anticipating leaders’ needs
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement process enhancements proactively
Interface professionally with all levels of employees, clients, and external guests
Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
Prioritize competing demands and handle matters expeditiously, ensuring follow-through and successful completion of projects, often under tight deadlines
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving abilities with strategic and creative thinking
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, 'open door' office environment
Preferred
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders
Prior experience supporting Sales or commercial leadership
Experience within financial services, media, or a global corporate environment
