Sales Operations Specialist

Netrix Global is an award-winning global provider of cybersecurity and IT services, seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Specialist to support and scale their sales organization. This role involves managing Salesforce reporting, data hygiene, and process optimization to enable data-driven decision-making for sales leadership.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce reporting and analytics across the sales organization
Design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for sales leadership, sales managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
Translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce reporting and insights
Ensure consistent definitions of metrics, KPIs, and pipeline stages
Own Salesforce data hygiene, accuracy, and integrity across leads, accounts, opportunities, and activities
Implement and enforce data standards, validation rules, and best practices
Monitor data quality and proactively identify and resolve issues
Partner with sales teams to drive adoption of clean and consistent data entry
Analyze existing sales processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and automation
Partner with sales leadership to document, refine, and improve sales workflows
Support Salesforce configuration changes related to process improvements (fields, page layouts, automation, etc.)
Assist with testing and rollout of new Salesforce features, tools, and enhancements
Conduct ad hoc analysis on pipeline health, forecasting, conversion rates, and sales performance
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and outcomes
Support quarterly and monthly business reviews with accurate data and analysis
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps to align data, reporting, and processes
Support new hire onboarding and ongoing Salesforce training for sales users

Required

2–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including report and dashboard creation
Proven experience owning Salesforce data quality and reporting for a sales team
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
