They are seeking a Junior Drafter to support their design team with technical drawings, layout revisions, and documentation for modular building projects.

Responsibilities
Assist in creating and updating architectural and construction drawings for modular buildings
Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, and basic details under senior staff guidance
Revise drawings based on redlines, field conditions, and client requirements
Maintain organized and accurate drawing files and documentation
Support the design team with permit submittal packages and as-built drawings
Coordinate with project managers to ensure drawings align with project scope and timelines
Follow company drafting standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or coursework in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Basic proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a plus, but not required)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
Understanding of basic construction documents and terminology
Willingness to learn and take feedback
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred
Exposure to modular or commercial construction projects
Familiarity with building codes, ADA requirements, or school facility standards
Experience working with redlines and revisions
Interest in growing into a Designer or Senior Drafter role over time
