Undergraduate Realtime Simulation Programmer
Purdue University is seeking an undergraduate Realtime Simulation Developer to work at the IT Envision Center. The role involves building simulations and games for various platforms while collaborating with artists and specialists to enhance research, education, and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities
Building simulations and games to be deployed in web, VR, AR, mobile, and standalone systems
Working with 2D/3D artists, UX and sound specialists to develop applications for research, education and outreach
Creating opportunities to grow the student’s portfolio and provide experience in project development pipeline, client interactions, time and team management
Qualification
Required
Passionate about developing real-time interactive applications
Applicants must be familiar with programming in game engines (Unreal/C++ or Unity/C#)
Knowledge of vector math and software design
Preferred
Experience with VR/AR, web and mobile deployment
Experience with data visualization in game engines would be highly valued
