Responsibilities

Conduct case analysis for drafting, editing, and issuing related correspondence
Create and maintain department records
Conduct research to improve and inform department policies and present findings to stakeholders
Collect and organize information from internal departments and generate written reports in support of CTA's 2026 Title VI Program submission

Required

Required enrollment status: Full-time (as defined by your academic institution) in a degree program at an accredited college or university
Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficient organizational skills with attention to detail
Good project management skills
Knowledge of various project management tools and strategies
Proficient understanding of how to conduct research
Proficiency in Zoom
The demands associated with the normal office environment
Must be able to comply with office policy to work on-site twice per week
Light physical activity, including walking outdoors and climbing stairs

Preferred Level of Education: College graduate student
