They are seeking a Boat Repair Shop Manager to oversee the management and timely completion of boat maintenance for both internal and external customers, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Responsible for daily activities of boat repair shop and dry storage
Launching, recovering, repairing, and storage of customer and company boats
Ensure all paperwork completed to collect all fees and/or charges for storage, launch/retrieval and repair services
Complete all required database updates including daily sales/revenues and transaction reporting
Maintain all necessary records and contracts regarding all dry storage aspects
Inventory monitoring and control, including ordering and sales
Hire, onboard, coach, supervise, mentor, and schedule employees
May require oversight of transportation employees regarding boat retrieval and transport
Prepare for and participate in NPS inspections
Provide exceptional customer service. Strong, professional communication skills are required
Relay cost estimates to customers for service and repairs
Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work area at all times. Safety of customers and employees is a paramount concern
Assist boat maintenance technicians as needed
Plan storage facility for maximum storage capacity
Comply with all Federal, State laws and ARAMARK policies and procedures
Comply with all safety policies
Must be flexible and willing to work a varied scheduled
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience or equivalent
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well with a diverse clientele and workforce
Excellent people and customer service skills
