Providing a high degree of customer support for applications supported mainly by DWD, DCF and DHS
Third shift and weekend shift coverage required

Candidates MUST be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI at their own expense prior to starting
Computer Platform Service Batch Operations technician
Responsible for monitoring, scheduling and troubleshooting various IT schedules and jobs in Control M mainframe and enterprise environments
Providing a high degree of customer support for applications supported mainly by DWD, DCF and DHS
Third shift and weekend shift coverage required
Control M (5 years)
JCL (5 years)
Excellent oral and written communication and documentation (5 years)

Application Development and Support of CICS/DB2/COBOL/JCL Mainframe Systems: Using Changeman, CNTL-M or the like
Previous experience providing this service for government a plus, and experience with DWD's environments will be especially valuable
