Responsibilities
Provides a vital link between mdxhealth customers, sales team and the commercial operations group
Responsible for maintaining a high standard of service with their respective customers group, which is comprised of both assigned accounts and sales personnel
Works closely with an assigned regional sales team to support customer activities and sales objectives
Qualification
Required
Three plus years' previous customer service experience for a level II and four plus years for a level III
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies and work environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Preferred
Two plus years for a level II and three plus years for a level III of related sales support experience
Three plus years customer service experience in healthcare or a clinical reference laboratory
