Marketing Manager, BOOKTRUST
BookTrust is the UK’s largest children’s reading charity, dedicated to improving children's reading behaviors. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to create, deliver, and analyze integrated marketing plans aimed at maximizing the sales of their traded reading programs to schools.

Responsibilities
Create, deliver and analyse integrated marketing plans that utilise the full marketing mix to extend the reach and maximize the sales of BookTrust’s traded reading programmes to schools
Use data and insight to develop and deliver marketing activity to support a wide range of BookTrust campaigns, events and initiatives to meet ambitious targets
Establish an ongoing evaluation process and utilise sector and customer insight to continually improve marketing
Work across multiple campaigns in an agile way and prioritise workload effectively
Collaborate with colleagues across the charity to deliver marketing campaigns and activity to a consistently high standard
Qualification
Required
At least three years of marketing experience
Previously worked in a B2B, traded and/or commercial marketing role at a similar level including people management experience
Experience of working across multiple campaigns in an agile way
Ability to prioritise workload effectively
A breadth of marketing skills and experience
Proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues across the charity
