Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including production planning, supply planning, inventory management, cycle count accuracy, and S&OP
Develop and execute supply chain strategies that balance service excellence, operational efficiency, and cost optimization
Partner cross-functionally with Business, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to align supply chain priorities with business objectives
Lead and develop supply chain teams, fostering engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
Drive process optimization initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
Ensure effective use of ERP systems to support planning, execution, and reporting
Manage change initiatives and support supply chain transformation efforts
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners

Required

Advanced Degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience
Preferred fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
Professional certifications preferred (APICS CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, Lean/Six Sigma)
Experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations in a complex environment
Minimum of 3 years of direct report leadership and team development experience
Proven success in achieving KPIs related to service levels, inventory optimization and accuracy, and cost management
Experience implementing continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
Deep understanding of supply chain processes including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems
Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
Strong project management, change management, and analytical capabilities
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external partnerships
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to travel up to 10% as needed
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening

Preferred

Experience working in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries
