Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients
Understand client business goals and align delivery strategies accordingly
Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT services and solutions
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
Monitor service performance and ensure SLAs are met or exceeded
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support new business initiatives
Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning
Conduct regular governance meetings with clients
Provide delivery status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and internal policies
Coordinate with internal delivery teams, including project managers and technical leads
Resolve escalations and ensure smooth communication across teams
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
18+ years of experience in IT service delivery or client management roles with Insurance Domain
Proven track record of managing large-scale IT engagements
Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or equivalent are a plus

Preferred

Experience with enterprise software implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM)
Familiarity with cloud platforms and digital transformation initiatives
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and delivery streams simultaneously
