Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned multifamily properties
Maintain general ledger, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules
Review variances and partner with property/asset management teams
Handle AP/AR activity and support CAM reconciliations
Assist with budgets, audits, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of property accounting experience, preferably multifamily
Strong understanding of GAAP
Experience with Yardi, MRI, RealPage, or similar software
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
