Responsibilities
Develop Strategic Execution Plans: Create comprehensive Project Execution Plans (PEPs) that define the exact construction sequence, logistics, and phasing required to build complex projects in a high-paced manufacturing environment without disrupting operations
Lead Technical Delivery: Direct cross-disciplinary teams (MEP, Civil, Controls) through the full lifecycle, utilizing your proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam to validate designs, markup drawings, and ensure constructability before work begins
Master Schedule & Budget: Build and maintain integrated project schedules and cost models, tracking scope, variance, and milestones to ensure the project remains financially healthy and on time
Drive Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the primary bridge between technical engineering requirements and business operations, coordinating seamlessly with clients, general contractors, and internal leadership
Mitigate Risk & Ensure Safety: Proactively identify project bottlenecks and execute mitigation strategies while strictly enforcing safety standards, regulatory codes, and quality control procedures
Qualification
Required
B.S. or equivalent in engineering or related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Proficiency in Bluebeam
Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
Strong communication skills to articulate complex engineering challenges to non-technical stakeholders
Practical understanding of constructability and logistics
Total ownership of projects regarding cost, schedule, and safety
