Responsibilities
Lead and manage assigned IT Integration Office (ITIO) projects, ensuring adherence to financial, contractual, and regulatory standards
Translate organizational strategic goals into actionable plans, facilitating process mapping, data set identification, and system standardization
Engineer and implement repeatable processes to aggregate and analyze data for health assessments and holistic governance reporting
Identify interdepartmental connections and correlations to foster comprehensive, data-driven insights
Support existing IT standardization efforts and provide actionable recommendations to improve decision-making
Drive compliance, cost-reduction initiatives, and perform complex reconciliations, audits, and benchmarking activities
Manage IT vendor relationships, including contract review, negotiations, utilization, and compliance tracking
Participate in special projects related to IT governance, organizational improvements, and strategic cost initiatives
Foster clear communication across technical and executive teams, presenting complex technical information effectively
Develop innovative solutions for complex problems, balancing operational rigor with creative problem-solving, all while ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years, or PhD with no experience required
Proven experience managing IT vendor contracts, negotiations, and compliance tracking
Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging both technical teams and executive leadership
Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, data analysis, and reporting tools, with proficiency in MS365, Microsoft Excel, and analytics platforms
Knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as ISO, CMMC, and ITIL
Preferred
Strong background in IT management, procurement, or contract management, with at least 8+ years preferred
